ClearDay respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data ClearDay accesses, how it is used, and what choices you have.

  1. Overview ClearDay is a personal planning app that can help you manage calendar events, tasks, focus sessions, widgets, syncing, and Apple Watch features. ClearDay is designed to keep your data as private as possible and only accesses information needed to provide features you choose to use.
  2. Data We Access Depending on which features you enable, ClearDay may access:
  1. Data We Do Not Collect ClearDay does not sell your personal data. ClearDay does not use third-party advertising SDKs. ClearDay does not track you across apps or websites. ClearDay does not collect analytics or diagnostics through third-party tracking services unless this is clearly disclosed in a future update.

  2. How Your Data Is Used Data accessed by ClearDay is used only to provide app functionality, including:

    displaying your events and tasks suggesting tasks or events based on your usage in the app syncing your app data across your devices sending local reminders and notifications supporting widgets and Apple Watch features saving your preferences and appearance choices

  3. Where Your Data Is Stored Your data is primarily stored:

    • locally on your device • in your private iCloud / CloudKit account if sync is enabled • in Apple Calendar or Apple Reminders if you choose to use those integrations

ClearDay’s developer does not have direct access to your private iCloud data, calendars, or reminders.

  1. Purchases If you purchase ClearDay Pro, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. ClearDay does not receive your payment card details or billing information.

  2. Permissions ClearDay may request access to:

    • Calendars • Reminders • Notifications • iCloud

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device Settings.

  1. Data Retention and Deletion You control your data.

    • You can delete tasks and events in the app at any time. • You can disable integrations such as Apple Reminders or sync in Settings. • If sync is enabled, your synced app data remains in your private iCloud account until removed by app actions or your Apple account settings. • If you delete the app, locally stored app data may be removed from your device, subject to Apple’s system behavior and backups.

  2. Children’s Privacy ClearDay is not directed to children under 13, and the app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

  3. Changes to This Policy This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, the updated version will be posted at this policy URL and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
